Responsibilities:
· Schedules inbound loads and enters them into the system.
· Checks all Bills of lading for inbound receiving tallies to ensure accuracy.
· Files receiving copies along with necessary documentation.
· Reconciles all invoicing issues related to inbound shipments.
· Closes out all receiving orders in Warehouse Management Systems
Shipping:
· Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and generating shipping
· Print out sales orders for special orders when items arrive
· Check sales orders with BIO when stock becomes available
· Check BIO report to make sure SO are fulfilled
Receiving:
· Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying against purchase orders and invoices.
· Inspect goods for damage or shortages and document any discrepancies.
· Unpack and store goods in designated areas.
Administrative Tasks:
· Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory systems.
· Communicate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, and other departments.
· May assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
· 1-2 years of relevant warehouse experience
· Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Flexible to work on weekends
· Must have experience in Excel and Word
· Must have strong problem-solving skills
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Previous experience in customer facing roles is a strong asset
· Previous experience in Logistics, supply chain and warehouse accounts customer service is an asset
Skills and Qualifications:
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in using inventory management systems and shipping software.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills and good attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Experience with shipping and receiving processes is a plus.
